Hello team. Today's training was a tough one i believe. The water conditions were not exactly favourable as well. I know everybody was kind of down after the short talk the seniors gave to us but I think that really got us to see our flaws that we failed to see all this while. Whatever it is, dont give up, we have come a long way. The bond among us itself is already the proof of how far we have come.

Anyway, I just want to highlight something that elaine said today that I feel is important to the team to note. If we are afraid of capping, but we still cap eventually, then what's the point. Why not go all out right? The most important thing is that we must get back on the horse that threw us!
