Hi guys. I hope you all find today's training fun. I thought it was fun. Magical Chair for the win. If you guys got suggesstions for light trainings do let the team know since the training is planned and conducted by the team itself. Haha, anyway there wont be training for tomorrow since both teachers are involved in LTC. However normal land training would resume on Monday. Lim Xi and Wan Lin please take charge. For LTC participants, please start packing if you havent, and have a good rest and attend the LTC with an open and positive mindset alright.
BTW, Dec is coming. Alot of trainings and fun would be coming up. I assume we would be celebrating YEW WEI birthday, overnight at Lim Xi hse and attending Wan Lin Xmas event? But the main point is start studying cause block tests would be coming soon. Jiayou guys.
Oh and please tag at the board so that this blog would be a lively one. Haha.

Anyway, let me recap what Mr Lim expects from us
1. Academic. Get an average C for block test :(
2. Fitness. Guys hit 9.30, Girls hit 11 FLAT! :(
3. Balance properly on our K-boats by this month :(
sigh. like ben said, training is gonna get tougher than ever
so don't give up guys(:
anyway, i've asked my cross country friend how to
improve our running timings.
she suggests running at least 3 times a week
alternate between long dist and short dist.
the long dist is for recovery so run slow
its also to train our mental strength
and we shld do sit-ups and push-ups
that, is covered in our daily routine so consider it done(:
right.
when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

Hey guys, its been a while since we rowed. We finally rowed today. Anyway do not be demoralised if you keep capping alright. Its only the first water training since...
Haha hope you guys enjoyed today's training.
By the way, just to inform those who did not come and also to remind those who came today, starting from next week, there would be an additonal land training day as requested by the teacher in charge, Mr Tony Lim and Mr Raymond Poon. Do not worry, it would be light training. Also, Jori also mentioned that we have to write down our daily personal training and extra training if any and send it to Wan Lin everyday by the end of the day. However, I would want you guys to send everything only to her every Saturday night instead. This would make Wan Lin's job much easier instead as she would only need to compile and standardise font and format etc. Also, Wan Lin, i would need you to do up a template for the personal training records and send it to everyone so that they would fill in their personal trainings using your template, thus making your job easier. Lastly, please take note that you have to do your compulsory 100 push ups and 200 leg raises daily. Some pull-ups would be good as well. And before i forget(although i really wish to forget this part) Jori wants us to swim 2km(40laps) once a week. You have to complete it on the day itself.
Starting from today, training would get harder than ever.
