All right guys, trainings for the holidays have ended. We are left with about a week or so to prepare as much as we can for the mid-years so please give it your best shot. Study hard for the sake of your teachers, your family, yourselves and most importantly, for NYKRT. Anyway, the trad tees are also done already. 14 dollar per piece :)

While preparing for your exams, please remember to complete at least 200 push ups and leg raises each daily. If time permits, please do some light running on your own.

All the best guys :)

Hi guys. Special thanks to Delicia for trying to keep this blog alive. Basically guys, I am pleased with the effort you guys have put in to improve your personal fitness as I can cleary see it from the blue notebooks that you guys have passed to me. Continue to keep up with the good work.

Haha the jerseys are finally here too. I dont know what happen to the cuttings and everything thus I am really sorry for that. But I would have to say you guys look great in them nonetheless :)

Also, please be more responsive during debrief sessions as there is a purpose in doing a debrief and please remember to inform your vice-caps about your absence at least one day before training and vice-caps are to re-confirm with the absentees before the training itself. I would also like to make it clear that I would not tolerate anyone that informs me that he/she would not be coming for training on the training day itself any more unless your reasons are absolutely reasonable.

If nothing goes wrong, next training would be on Monday(18/06). It would be the last land training for the holidays and there will be 2.4 time trial. So please come prepared. A maximum of 10 seconds buffer time is allowed.

Trainings are getting tougher and schoolwork and exam stress is piling on, so please work hard and take good care of yourselves.

I thought i would share a short quote with you guys too because I think that it really applies to all of us.

The person who makes a success of living is the one who see his goal steadily and aims for it unswervingly. That is dedication.
Cecil B. DeMille (1881 - 1959)

Thats all for me. Feel free to blog and see you guys on Monday. :)

7 WAYS TO DE-STRESS!!!

1) Stop whatever you are doing and fall on your couch/bed. Close your eyes and breathe(: empty your mind of physics/chem/bio/maths/econs/geog/lit/hist...

2) Annoy your older sibling. (too bad if you don't have one(: )

3) Start organizing things. (pack your table/ bed. It is proven that organizing things helps ppl to de-stress(: )

4) Find your 'chou chou' (smelly smelly- direct translation. it provides you comfort(: )

5) Sit on the toilet bowl and play PSP/read a book (It is proven that one is most relaxed in the toilet(: )

6) EAT CHOCOLATE!!! ( choc helps to de-stress but make sure you don't over eat(: )

7) Talk to your imaginary friend(:

hahaha alright(: i doubt anyone will see this but hopefully it provides you some laughs(:
hahahah.
OH check your mails!!! regarding 1 can of coke(:
