HELLO ppl(:
i'm here to make sure the blog doesn't dies. hahah
anyway, the June hols are here(:

finally we get a break from the hectic sch life(:

In case you all wanna know when i'll be joining you guys for runs again,

You all must take care during the hols too.

I know following the timetable you've planned out is gonna be dam hard.
i've been through it and it really requires lots of discipline and determination.

Hi guys. I am currently trying my best to put across my point in words as this is the first time that I am blogging and that my english is not exactly good-.-

Basically, there are some things i would like you guys to do:
-Approach teachers and ask if they would like to be our teacher-in-charge
-Put in effort in studies as the goals we set for our mid-years have to be achieved to sustain out cca
-Visit this blog and the kayak blog regularly for instructions

Also, please note that you have to inform your captain/vice-captains about your absence from training at least 1 day before the training. Also, please include details about your absence and please repond to our calls,sms,emails and etc. Please remember that actions would be taken to those who fail to attend training for more that 2 times without valid reasons.

Lasly, please reply to messages that are asking for your opinions!

Anyway, there would be training tomorrow.Free attire.Report in gym by 5.15pm.Rest well and jiayou together guys :)
