Seeing as the blog is so dead i decided that i will try to post when i can. If u guys have any probs feel free to come find me or call me. i appreciate any suggestions from the older batches too. will be posting training stuff sorta lyk a review of how the training went. hope u guys will read and think bout it.

Training today was one of the worse yet. Daryl, Rachel, Kat and me. somemore it rained today. dammit!!! wheres the team spirit we all had during initiation guys? Try planning for training then only 4 people turn up for it. totally no mood to train much.

I and daryl went to have a look at the DB training and we realise how much exactly are we lagging behind. Pls try and find the passion we all had when we first join the team. Personal training is of coz important and might even be more effective then the team training. But we are the Kayak Racing TEAM. we shld train as a team and act more lyk 1. the success of a team is the efforts of each and every member of the team! com'on guys i noe we all wanna win it nxt year.
