hey team! 2 more days to marathon! (:

do rmb to pump more carbo and eat more these few days. try to abstain from chilli and caffeine cos they decrease ur stamina and be watchful of your diet. (you are what you eat!) yup. and most importantly, take really good care of yourself and get loads of slp and rest alrights.

the reporting time for sunday is 7am at sdba. the timings for the event are as such:
8.30 a.m. - Senior Men
8.34 a.m. - Junior Men
8.38 a.m. - Junior Women

oh, and for the convenience of those who are still unclear of the marathon route, here's some notes i took down during e briefing jh conducted on thurs. hope it'll help to clarify any doubts or uncertainties you have about the route to take.

1) STARTING POINT: OASIS BEACH
- take the shortest route to Sheares Bridge (DO NOT enter central area of Sheares)
- turn & go to Sg flyer and go to 2nd Sheares Bridge
- turn at e 2nd pillar counting fr e right (go around e whole pillar)

2) MARINA BARRAGE
- take shortest route to Marina Barrage
- there'll be 3 red buoys (triangular shaped)
- turn & continue to the right side of Sheares (YOUR extreme right)

3) SUSPENSION BRIDGE
- take e shortest route to Suspension Bridge
- go through e centre and AVOID e side pillars
- turn around e 3 red buoys
- go past Oasis Beach

that will mark the END OF FIRST ROUND.

4) NICOLL HIGHWAY (start of 2nd round)
- go around e 2 pink buoys (which u always see there)
- head straight for PORTEGE
(do whatever you can at this point to ATTRACT ATTENTION! if not you'll have to go another round!)
- detour at satellite area
- go straight to Sheares & repeat e cycle again

okay that should be about it. hopefully it helped and everyone's clear about everything now. yup. lets just all jiayou do your best and show them all that you've got (: all e best!
