why i cannot tag. -.- john. later post then people say i dominate again. think this is a little late but no harm.

anyway, jiayou for training tomorrow though our arms are aching. our thighs are aching. but we're so not going to give up so easily right? no matter how tough trainings are going to get. we will not give up, fall out and go home so easily. we'll support one another. be it 5 min plank. 4 sets of 5 min of terrace jumping or many many many push ups. we will encourage each other and push each other to go further. we will not and must not give up so quickly alright.

we may not be as fit as the j2s, but we'll train hard! so please keep coming for trainings unless with really really valid reasons!

random. but i just realised the blog background is white. haha. slow. no. it's still blue. slower. -.-

alright, so continue to motivate each other. encourage each other. push each other. :D we're strong strong strong! physically and mentally. cannot give up so easily! jiayou jiayou jiayou!

i hope there'll be no punishments tomorrow. x=

oh yes. please do remember to keep a notebook and write down the things you've learnt from cher alright. (:
